Since our company operates a little different than most (only offering one item a month), our company return policy has to be as unique as our company concept, and unfortunately, we cannot offer a traditional 30 day return policy. Needless to say, we understand the uncertainty of sizing that sometimes come with online purchases and your happiness and satisfaction with our product is our number one priority. Therefore, we will accept returns for a full refund or store credit (your choice) within 10 days of ship date. To process your return please fill out our contact form and choose “return” as reason for contacting. We will reply promptly with the address to mail the item and get your credit issued as soon as the item returns safely home.
- Articles must be in original form, unworn and free of odor with TAGS still attached to be eligible for a cash refund or store credit
- All returns must be accompanied by a copy of original order receipt
- Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges and One does not assume responsibility for reimbursement of returned item if package is lost or stolen without proof of insurance and delivery to One’s studio.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded
- Store credit never expires
